FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices operating on solid fuel, namely, to heating furnaces. Convector furnace includes front wall with loading door, furnace housing, ash pan with grate and ash pit furnace door, branch pipe with gate, discharge gases from furnace. Furnace is equipped with chamber of furnace in form of round pipe, located in plan horizontally, along outer pipe housing is additionally fixed jacket in form of rectangular closed box from above, formed from blanks of sheet plates welded by welding seams on walls of horizontally located tube in form of furnace chamber, and sheet plates in front and behind outside of furnace chamber, which are also connected by welding seams with side workpieces of sheet plates and with cover, forming an external closed housing around round tube, and with formation of closed enclosure closed space with cavity. One end of the sheet plates is welded to the wall of the round pipe on the outside by the weld at height of 1/2 of the diameter of the round pipe. Round chamber of thermal firewood is formed by dividing along its length a partition with a deflector bent downwards towards the attachment on the bottom of the grate, and forming an adjacent chamber of spark arrester, in which is submerged below partition with deflector spark arrester deflected downward, smoke branch pipe with shutter and hole at end, passes through cavity of casing cavity towards adjacent chamber of spark arrester, upper end of end face is connected with bent branch pipe with outlet from heated room outside with smoke vertical pipe, in which additionally the ash box is made in the form of a drawer on the side of the side wall below the welding seam with a sheet plate of the casing, made in the form of a rectangular closed box. Round tube of furnace in horizontal position is made inside by height with division into two parts - upper and lower, by means of grate plate made of angular profile, which side walls expand their base upwards and form chute filled with sand. Space of the cavity under the cover of the casing from above on the outer wall of the round pipe, in the form of the furnace chamber, has a welded annular tube, the holes in the side walls of which are connected to the hollow radial - radial cantilever tubes, which are made with possibility to obtain heat transfer in cavity of hot air casing and simultaneously to discharge branch pipes to heated room.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of furnace design and improvement of fire safety.
