FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding uranyl nitrate into a horizontal cylindrical reactor heated in its central section with a shaft drive of a stirring device, milling hardening uranic trioxide and mixing the powder produced in the reactor, as well as displacing it by rotating and reciprocating the stirring device, which is presented by a screw shaft with interrupted coils; milling the powder is additionally provided by interacting the interrupted coils of the screw shaft with a blade-shaped fixed-position rods mounted on an inner surface of the reactor body to form decreasing gaps between the interrupted coils and rods as far as approaching a discharge zone; that is combined with preventing reject penetration, withdrawing waste gas, and discharging the powder from the reactor.
EFFECT: improving the reactor output, improving the staff working, maintenance and repair environment, and also reducing power costs.
