FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and system for the separation of CO2 from a furnace gas flow. A cooling system, intended for the condensation of carbon dioxide (CO2), which contains a cooling circuit, containing a refrigerant, is described. The claimed cooling circuit contains a multi-step refrigerant compressor, a refrigerant condenser, a refrigerant cooler, a furnace gas cooler, the first CO2 condenser, the second CO2 condenser. Also described is a system for the furnace gas purification for CO2 extraction. The system contains a furnace gas compressor, an adsorption drier, as well as a cooling system for carbon dioxide (CO2) condensation. The furnace gas cooler is placed between the furnace gas compressor and the adsorption drier of the furnace gas and the first and second CO2 condensers are placed successively after the furnace gas adsorption drier. Also described is a method for CO2 condensation in the furnace gas flow, with the application of a circulatory flow of an external refrigerant.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to ensure effective in terms of costs CO2 separation with the application of simple, reliable constructions of heat-exchangers and materials.
