The reinforcing layer (16) contains the first part (21) and the second part (22), interconnected with a bridge (23); thee first (21) and the second (22) parts are bonded to the layer (15) fulfilling shock absorbing functions wit the bridge (23) positioned opposite to such layer (15) without being bonded to it.
