SUBSTANCE: shoe sole unit (105), permeable for water vapour, with upper side, having at least one opening (31) passing through thickness of shoe sole unit and barrier module with upper side that at least partially forms upper side of shoe sole unit (105) and with barrier material (33) permeable for water vapour arranged as barrier against punching of foreign bodies. The latter is used to close at least one opening (31) in manner making it permeable for water vapour. There is also a stabilising device intended for mechanical stabilisation of shoe sole unit (105), with which barrier material (33) is equipped, and the device is arranged with at least one stabilising bridge (37). Bridge is located at least on one surface of barrier material (33) and crosses at least partially at least one opening (31), and at least one part of external sole (117) arranged under barrier module. Method for manufacturing of shoes with shoe sole unit (105) permeable for water vapour, in which: a) shoe sole unit (105) and top (103) are made; b) top (103) is provided with functional layer of top bottom, which is waterproof and permeable for water vapour, in end zone of top facing sole; c) shoe sole unit (105) and end zone of top with functional layer of top bottom, facing sole, are connected to each other, so that functional layer of top bottom at least in zone of at least one opening (31) remains as non-connected with barrier material (33).
EFFECT: continuous water impermeability and high permeability for water vapour to achieve highest possible stability of shoe sole and shoe with such shoe sole unit.
