SUBSTANCE: manual device for peeling fruits and vegetables, which cutting part is a thin blade with a gap of constant dimensions along its length, and having a handle, characterized in that the cutting edge of the thin blade is at angles to the centre line of the rubberized shaft freely rotating on the axis, which is an upper side of the slit with the sizes increasing to the handle.
EFFECT: device enables to remove rind of fruits and vegetables of different thickness, bringing the peeling process in a more economical mode with enhanced cutting properties.
