FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: protection device of a mobile object of ground military equipment includes receiving heads of recording of laser illumination of the object, a unit for processing of information and setting of a firing direction, a grenade launching unit, electric ignition circuits of aerosol forming grenades, launching units (LU), a control signal shaper of receiving heads, an LU charge state control circuit, a sound signalling shaper, an operator station with a light display, analogue-to-digital pulse duration converters, a storage register of a pulse duration code, an illumination direction selection unit, an OR circuit, a read-out pulse shaping unit and a signal interlocking unit of receiving heads. Directions of threat are detected by recording with receiving heads of irradiation of the object by laser radiation, LU is chosen automatically, recorded laser pulses are converted to voltage pulses of the specified duration, selection of voltage pulses is performed as per duration, voltage pulses of the specified duration are shaped, two of the longest voltage pulses are determined, commands are sent to launch aerosol shaping grenades from LU module, and a signal from the head is interlocked automatically when information on failure is received.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing protection of an object against armament systems with laser target indicators.
