FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the protection of mobile objects of ground military equipment against the high precision weapons (HPW). In the security method, when information is received about the fact of HPW attack from the upper hemisphere from launchers, which are placed on a mobile object, at the predetermined angles in relation to the horizontal plane, several successive volleys are performed at the set intervals, reaching the superimposition of combined aerosol formations. Protection device comprises the information processing and target direction unit, the grenade launcher, the block of signals of receiving heads, the driver of control signals of receiving heads, scheme of launcher charge control, the generator of audible alarm, the operator's panel with the light board, the reception heads for recording the laser illumination of the launcher facility, the analog-to-digital converters of pulse duration, registers of pulse duration code storage, unit for selecting the direction of illumination, the "OR" scheme, the pulse delay unit, the reading pulse generation unit, the interface unit with the HPW detection device, the attack signal generator, the generator of the intervals for the start-up of grenades from the launcher, the HPW detection device.

EFFECT: ensuring protection against the attacker from the upper hemisphere of the HPW.
