FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway and motor transport, namely, to barrier devices for prevention of access of a motor vehicle onto a railway crossing as a train approaches. According to the invention, the barrier device is equipped with a safety mechanism, arranged between a gate of a drive and a bracket of a drive, and comprising two levers - long and short ones, three yokes - middle one and two side ones, two compression springs. Levers are hingedly fixed on one axis, besides, the long lever is hingedly connected to the gate of the drive and is equipped with an adjustment screw, the short lever is hingedly connected to the bracket of the drive. Yokes are hingedly fixed on the other axis, parallel to the axis of levers fixation. The middle yoke with the free end is connected to the long lever of the safety mechanism. Two side yokes with free ends are hingedly connected to the short lever of the safety mechanism. Between specified parallel axes on their ends in guides there are compression springs placed, which in the initial condition of the safety mechanism are deformed by the value of their preliminary deformation, levers of the safety mechanism are opened, and as the safety mechanism actuates, springs are deformed by full values of their working deformation, levers of the safety mechanism are at the same time closed.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of a barrier device, costs for operation and repair are reduced.
