FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a phosphate product of polycondensation, which can be used as an additive for water suspensions of hydraulic binding agents and binding agents with latent hydraulic properties. In the claimed method in order to obtain the polycondensation product the interaction of a monomer of formula , a phosphate monomer of formula and a monomer of formula is carried out at 20-140°C and under 1-10 bar, with, at least, one aromatic sulphonic acid being applied as a catalyst; the molar ratio of monomers (IV):[(I)+(II)] constitutes 1:0.5-2, the molar ratio of monomers (I):(II) constitutes 1:10-10:1, where A are represented by an aromatic compound, which has 5-10 carbon atoms, B is O, n=1, R1 and R2 represent a C1-C10-alkyl, aryl or H, a is an integer number from 1 to 300, X is a C1-C10-alkyl, aryl or H, D is an aromatic compound, which has 5-10 carbon atoms, E is O, m=1, R3 and R4 are represented by a C1-C10-alkyl, aryl or H, b is an integer number from 0 to 300, R5 and R6 stand for H.
EFFECT: claimed is the effective method of obtaining the novel phosphate product of polycondensation, suitable as a plasticiser for concrete and an additive to water suspensions of hydraulic binding substances.
