SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a composition suitable as an accelerator for curing cement by contacting components of: aa) at least one hydraulic binder, and bb) at least one dispersant suitable for dispersing inorganic particles in water, and cc) water, wherein said contacting is carried out with introduction of shear energy with more than 100 kWh of shear energy introduced per metric ton of composition, and weight ratio of components aa): cc) is between 1.5:1 and 1:70, where weight ratio of components aa):bb) is between 20:1 and 1:2. In addition, disclosed is use of composition obtained as hardening accelerator for chemical mixtures in construction.
