FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing high-barrier metallised co-extruded film comprises the formation of successive layers of material. On the upper pretreated surface of one of which, made of biaxially oriented polypropylene, a metallised layer is applied in a vacuum, with an optical density of 2.4 and thickness 120÷140 mcm, and on its lower surface with a temperature of 105÷140°C the heat sealable layer is applied. In addition, the method comprises formation of an oxygen-shielding vapour-water-resistant barrier layer which is attached with an adhesive to the untreated layer of low pressure polyethylene.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a film having good barrier properties to UV radiation, low friction coefficient, low permeability to oxygen and water vapour, which enables to store the product packed in it for a long time without losing its quality.
