SUBSTANCE: overflow blocking device (100) for the kitchen appliance, the kitchen unit having collection tank (200) and outlet (1), overflow blocking device (100) being located between collection tank (200) and outlet device (1), and overflow blocking device (100) comprises slide (3) movable between the first and second positions, in the first position, gate (3) opens first cross-sectional area (11) of outlet device (1), in second position, gate (3) closes second cross-sectional area of discharge device (1), wherein first cross-sectional area (11) and second cross-sectional area overlap at least in the lower region of the cross-section of discharge device (1). Overflow blocking device (100) comprises fastener (5) for gate (3), fastener (5) being connected to collection tank (200) in a releasable manner.
EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to provide, in a constructive and economical way, an overflow blocking device for a kitchen appliance, allowing an improved manner to fill it or discharge its contents, in particular liquids, for example juices from a juicer.
