SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stamping hardware and can be used for unwinding and accumulation of foil ahead of transfer shaft. Proposed device comprises two sets of deflectors and their drives. Said deflectors are displaced depending on difference in rpm of transfer shaft and drive rotary element. Ruled out jerks at starting and halting, acceleration and deceleration.
EFFECT: higher rate of stamping.
