FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: operating method of a thermal power plant involves thermal engine (5) with a closed circulation circuit, which operates as per a Rankine organic cycle. A low-boiling working medium that circulates in the closed circuit is used as a cooling liquid. The working medium is expanded in turbine expander (6) of thermal engine (5), its temperature is reduced in recuperative heat exchanger (15) of thermal engine (5), condensed in heat exchanger - condenser (8) of thermal engine (5), compressed in condensate pump (9) of thermal engine (5) and heated in recuperative heat exchanger (15) of thermal engine (5). Waste steam and steam of production extractions is supplied from steam turbine (1) to steam space of condenser (2) of steam turbine (1) and from steam turbine (11) with production steam extraction to condenser (13) of steam turbine (11) with production steam extraction. Waste steam and steam of production extractions is condensed on the surface of condenser tubes of steam turbine (1) and condenser tubes of steam turbine (11) with production steam extraction. Corresponding condensates are supplied by means of condensate pump (3) of condenser (2) of steam turbine (1) and condensate pump (14) of steam turbine (11) with production steam extraction to their regeneration system. At condensation of steam of production extractions utilisation of high-potential heat energy by means of the cooling liquid of thermal engine is performed (5). Utilisation of discharge low-potential heat energy of waste steam of turbine (1) is performed by means of thermal engine (5), and it is used at condensation of waste steam of turbine (1). The low-boiling working medium, at supercritical pressure, after its heating in recuperative heat exchanger (15) of thermal engine (5) is heated in condenser (2) of steam turbine (1) within critical temperature by using hidden heat of steam generation. Then, the low-boiling working medium is evaporated and overheated to supercritical temperature in condenser (13) of steam turbine (11) with production steam extraction by using hidden heat of steam generation, which is discharged by means of the low-boiling working medium circulating in the closed circuit to turbine expander (6) of thermal engine (5).
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of a thermal power plant due to complete use of discharge low-potential heat for additional generation of electrical power, increasing service life and improving reliability of a condenser of a steam turbine and reducing emissions to atmosphere.
