SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. Under operating method of thermal power plant where spent steam is supplied from steam turbine to steam space of the condenser, is condensed on surface of the condenser tubes, inside them cooling liquid flows, at that condensate by means of the condensate pump of the steam turbine is delivered to the regeneration system, during the steam condensation the discharged low-grade heat energy of the spent turbine steam is recovered using the cooling liquid, at that in the steam turbine the oil supply system of steam turbine bearings is used with oil cooler; at the thermal power plant the condensing unit is used, it has condenser of second steam turbine, and high-grade heat of second steam turbine is recovered; additionally low-grade heat of oil supply system of steam turbine bearings is additionally recovered; at that recovery of discharged low-grade heat energy of the spent turbine steam, recovery of low-grade heat of oil supply system of steam turbine bearings, and recovery of high-grade heat of second steam turbine are performed using the heat engine with closed circulation circuit operating under organic Rankine cycle, when the low boiling working medium circulating in closed circuit is used as cooling liquid. Either air-cooled condenser or water-cooled condenser, or air/water-cooled condenser is used as heat exchanger-condenser of the heat engine. Liquefied propane C3H8 is used as low boiling working medium.
EFFECT: invention recovers heat and, and executed additional generation of the electric power.
