FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of thermal electric power stations. In compliance with this process used steam is fed from the first steam turbine into the condenser steam space to be condensed on condensing tubes surfaces, cooling fluid flowing inside said tubes. Steam of heating parameters of steam turbine bleeds gets into steam chamber of top and bottom heaters to be condensed on the heater heated tube surface, cooling fluid flowing in said tubes. Note here that at used steam and heating bleed steam condensation low-potential heat waste of the first turbine and low-potential steam heat of heating bleeds with the help of cooling fluid. Note here that condensate is forced by the condensate pump of steam turbine condenser into recovery system. Claimed station exploits the condensation plant with the second steam turbine condenser to recover the high-potential steam heat. Note here low-potential waste heat power in the first steam turbine, low-potential heat power of heaters from said first steam turbine and high-potential steam heat are recovered with the help of Rankin-type heat engine. Low-boiling working fluid circulating in closed circuit is used as a cooling fluid. Air cooling condenser, or water cooling condenser, or combined air and water cooling condenser is used as the heat exchanger-condenser of heat engine. Liquefied propane C3H8 is used as a low-boiling working fluid.
EFFECT: heat recovery, additional production of electric power.
