The data processing unit obtains an inter-frame interval between two successive frames from a plurality of frames. The data processing unit further controls the inter-frame interval between two successive frames once it is determined that the inter-frame interval is not an integer multiple of the symbol length. The communication device also includes a transmitting unit for transmitting controlled frames.
