FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: offered invention relates to simulators of mobile air targets and can be used for working off of performance characteristics, monitoring of performance condition of surface-to-air missile systems with various targeting systems (thermal, radar, optical, etc.), and also training of crews of the named complexes, including during firing training. The offered target complex consists of the launching complex and the air target simulator, the launching complex includes the launcher, the target launching panel with the current source, also the target complex comprises the air target simulators in various options, the launcher is fitted with the modem, the electronics unit and the current source, the target launching panel is fitted with the modem. The launching complex comprises several launchers.
EFFECT: expansion of technical capabilities of the complex, improvement of its reliability and universality, improvement of quality of combat training of antiaircraft gunners, and also development of the design of the universal target complex allowing to simulate a wide range of characteristics of various modern air attack items, organise simulation of massive attack of air attack items of an opponent, avoid the use of long cable.
