FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed platform comprises submerged displacement module to support surface module by stiff support columns with bracing elements and tightening links secured at sea bottom anchors. Support columns with said bracing elements can be detached from submerged module to allow fast escape of the platform from ice-dangerous area and return to left point. Submerged module is composed of separate sealed pontoons interconnected by stiff links for mutual relative displacements. Said support columns are provided with mechanisms for coupling with submerged module pontoons for interlocking of said modules. Surface module load-bearing hull is provided with flexible guard arranged along its edges to create air cushion with receiver. Said guard is arranged at board hoop skirts secured to said hull Surface module comprises pressure and propulsive complexes with main engine with drives and aircraft variable-pitch propellers arranged in adapters.
EFFECT: faster escape of the platform from ice-dangerous area and return to left point.
