SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used to generate pseudorandom number streams. The apparatus includes a generator for obtaining an initial value and a pseudorandom number generator, which includes a device for computing a pseudorandom number stream, a means of computing pseudorandom number bits from coordinates of a unit square, a means of generating an original of an n-bit pseudorandom number from n bits of a pseudorandom number, a means of recording in intermediate registers, a means of shifting register bits, a memory element, a means of recording pseudorandom numbers into the memory element, a means of generating a pseudorandom number stream from the pseudorandom numbers recorded in the memory, a means of transmitting a pseudorandom number stream to a computing device.

EFFECT: enabling generation of N initial values and absence of correlations when said values are used between at least N pseudorandom number streams.
