SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved due to generator PRS, which comprises pseudorandom sequences generation unit (PRS), a clock pulse generating unit, the first output of which is connected to the first input of the generation unit PRS, wherein device additionally comprises initialisation unit PRS, first output of which is connected to second input of generation unit, power supply unit, first output of which is connected to third input of generation unit, output unit PRS, first input of which is connected to generation unit first output PRS.
EFFECT: technical result is generation of cryptographically stable PRS and improved quality of initialiser calculation PRS.
