FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a working body with a shank, a portable mechanism. The portable mechanism has wheels rotating around an axis. The shank is placed in two, upper and lower, nozzles, rigidly fixed on the rest. The rest is rotated around the axis of the wheels. The upper and lower nozzles are in equilibrium relating to the vertical axis extending through the axis of rotation of the wheels at the position of insertion to the soil of the working body, at that M1-M2=F1·R1-F2·R2=0, where M1 and M2 - are moments of a force respectively by weight of the lower and upper nozzles; F1, F2 - respectively the weight of the lower and upper nozzles; R1, R2 - shoulders of a force, respectively, by weight of the lower and upper nozzles. Between the lower and upper nozzles on the shank a clutch with lower and upper springs is mounted with the ability of movement and fixing.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of operation and decrease in physical load on the operator when digging and loosening heavy soils.
