FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to agricultural equipment and tools, and is intended for loosening of compacted soils. Working element 1 in the compacted soil loosening method is installed at angle of 25°±5° to surface of soil with the help of impact hammer 6 and penetrate into soil at required depth. Further, working member 1 is moved forward, bringing it into a vertical position, while the working member itself continues to deepen to depth of 500–600 mm, loosening the soil and moving it forward. After one cycle, the impact lever-type cultivator is moved back to the next position, and the loosening process is repeated. Working element has nozzle 5 fitted on impact hammer rod 4. Rod 4 of impact hammer passes through lower 7 and upper 8 branch pipes with the possibility of rotation around its axis and movement downwards at deepening of working element into soil and upwards at extraction of working element from soil. Impact hammer 6 is powered by self-contained generator 14.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency and reduced physical load on operator during loosening of compacted soils at greater depth.
