SUBSTANCE: this device is intended for grinding of fragile material. This mill comprises at least one grinding roll and pressure pad to apply force via roll to processed material. Said material is crushed between said roll and mating surface interacting therewith. Said pressure pad has at least one fluid-air accumulator and at least one double-hinged working cylinder with pistons 12, 13 and body 11. Said cylinder is communicated with said accumulator.
EFFECT: increased working stroke.
