FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: hull of proposed vessel is a toroidal shell of solid of revolution divided into sealed compartments. Vessel active keel is composed of hydrodynamic surface turning about vertical axis in rotary support through 360 degrees and swinging about lengthwise axis through 90 degrees. The vessel is equipped with arch masts turning in bearings through 180 degrees and being locked at required position. Straight masts are secured by their lower leeches in ellipsoidal mast track installed at hull deck.
EFFECT: better stability and mobility, higher safety, lower labour input.
