FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling of agricultural products. The proposed energy-saving plant for obtaining ice water at farms and milk-receiving stations includes cold accumulator 1, heat exchanger 2, heat-insulated pipes 2 and 3, air pipes 5, fan, evaporator 4, compression and condensing unit (CCU) 8, pipelines 9, valve cocks 10, safety valve 11, air 12 and coolant 13 temperature sensors, coolant pump 14 and control unit 15. Cold accumulator 1 is installed in the open air and heat-insulated, separated with a partition wall into the first 16 reservoir and the second 17 reservoir. At the heat-insulated partition wall there arranged is pipe 18 connecting the lower part of the first 16 reservoir to the upper part of the second 17 reservoir. In the upper part of the first 16 reservoir there located is perforated pipe 19 connected via heat-insulated pipe 3 to production premises and through valve cocks 10 arranged in it to a farm water supply system, heat exchanger 2 for product cooling and coolant pump 14. Coolant pump 14 is connected with heat-insulated pipe 20 to the lower part of the second 17 reservoir, in which evaporator 7 is arranged. The same evaporator 7 is connected to CCU 8. In the first 16 reservoir of cold accumulator 1 there installed are through-type air pipes 5, the outer ends of which are located in its side walls and shutoff with dampers. A fan is installed at the damper of one side wall. On through-type air pipes 5 there installed vertically and perpendicular to them are ribs that are in thermal contact with them and with side walls of the first 16 reservoir.
EFFECT: invention provides increase of usage time of natural cold in an annual cycle, increase of specific cooling capacity and accumulating capacity and reduction of specific costs for electrical power.
