FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of cooling and storage of agricultural products, particularly milk. The device comprises the pumps of coolant and milk, the control unit, valves, temperature sensors of coolant and outdoor air, pipelines, a chilling machine, a fan, a heat exchanger for milk, a tank-thermos and thermally-insulated storage tank located at the outer wall of the industrial premises. In the storage tank a package of panels is placed, which are fastened to the vertical pipes connecting the upper and lower thermally-insulated cavities of the storage tank. The cavities are provided with hatches and a fan ensuring intake of fresh air. The edges of the package panels are in contact with the walls of the storage tank, at that the opposite edges of each pair of adjacent panels form slits with the inner walls of this tank. The lower part of the volume of the storage tank opposite the slit under the lower panel is connected by the pipeline through the pump and the valve to the cooling section of the heat exchanger for milk. And further through the valve it is connected to the upper part of the volume of the same reservoir located above the upper panel of the opposite slit. Above the upper cavity of the storage tank a regulating reservoir with the ball float level control is mounted. The reservoir is connected to the water supply system and thermally-insulated pipe of the storage tank.

EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability, cooling capacity and storage capacity.
