FIELD: personal and household items.

SUBSTANCE: energy-saving refrigeration unit comprises a heat-insulated storage tank, coolant and milk pumps, control unit, valves, temperature sensors for coolant and outdoor air, pipelines, refrigerating machine, fan, two-section heat exchanger for milk cooling, thermos reservoir. In a heat-insulated storage tank, a refrigerating machine evaporator with an ice thickness sensor and corrugated pipes made of an elastic material are provided. Upper ends of the corrugated pipes by pipelines through the pump and the natural cold receiver installed outside the production area and consisting of a heat exchanger and a fan are connected to the lower ends of the corrugated pipes, forming a closed loop, on which a coolant with a low freezing point circulates to produce ice water. On the surface of one of the corrugated pipes, an ice thickness sensor is installed to ensure shutdown and activation of the coolant pump, which creates the conditions for separating the ice layer from the surface of the corrugated pipes and for accumulating ice and obtaining ice water in the heat-insulated storage tank, which, through the branch pipe and the pump, is connected by a pipeline to the second section of the heat exchanger, forming a closed loop of ice water circulation for cooling milk, and the first section of the heat exchanger, into which artesian water for pre-cooling milk is supplied through the pipeline, is connected to the recuperator.

EFFECT: use of this invention ensures increased reliability of unit operation, cooling capacity and energy efficiency.
