FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used mainly for dispensing carbonated drinks from bottles. The device comprises a housing equipped with at least one element of sealed fastening to the container, for example a fizzy drink bottle, and forming a cavity inside it for outflow of beverage, contained between the inlet and outlet, a shut-off element normally closed in the by-pass port of the seat by the resilient element. The device is provided with a rod made in the form preventing it from turning, and the steering wheel having a power screw thread common with the rod. In the housing at least one guiding channel for the rod is formed, mounted with the ability of moving the locking element relative to the seat in the axial and/or rotational control actions on the steering wheel.
EFFECT: device enables to control the beverage dispensing by acting on the steering wheel by the user, which is able to perceive both push and rotating control actions and controlling depressurization, ie self-dispensing the beverage from the container under the influence of the difference of the internal and atmospheric pressure.
