FIELD: essential oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to essential oil production. Distillation apparatus for distilling essential oils from essential oilseed grain is proposed, which includes a cylindrical vertical shell with an upper spherical cover with a branch pipe for evacuation of the vapor phase, loading device, lower bottom with unloading device, hollow vertical shaft connected to the feed system of acute steam, with a distribution wheel fixed to it, agitators with perforated vanes and a lower agitator. Lower part of the cylindrical vertical body is provided with a cylindrical vertical drying chamber, in the upper part of which there is a continuous horizontal partition with a sluice gate, and in the lower part – a perforated horizontal partition with a sluice gate. At the same time, under it is installed a distribution chamber for hot air and above it with a clearance mounted knife-stirrer with a hollow vertical shaft.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a dry, de-esterified material prepared by moisture for extraction.
