FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Switch-controlled medical device contains user-activated switch, made with possibility of activation and provision of switch-on signal on controller switch-on inlet. Controller is made with possibility of device activation after user presses on switch at least twice within given time interval. Controller contains switch-on inlet, functionally connected with switch and made with possibility to activate device after second pressing on switch, when switch-on signal satisfies certain specified conditions. Sub-circuit of testing switch serviceability is made with possibility of detecting disorder or precursor of disorder in switch by determination of caused response on switch-on inlet after switch release, but before second pressing on switch, when controller places on switch-on inlet one or several specified voltages to cause response, and comparison of caused response with one or several expected values, and causing implementation of procedure of switch disorder processing by controller in case if disorder or precursor of disorder is detected. Method of switch disorder detection and switch-controlled medical device are disclosed.
EFFECT: inventions ensure active search and detection of disorders.
