FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: transmission line interface circuit includes a voltage regulator for controlling the voltage fluctuation of the transmission line interface circuit for the signal transmission. The transmission line interface circuit includes complementary initiator elements including a p-type initiator element for raising voltage in the transmission line in response to the logically high level and an n-type initiator element for lowering voltage in the transmission line in response to the logically low level. The voltage regulator is connected between one of the initiation elements and corresponding reference voltage to reduce the voltage fluctuation in the transmission line interface circuit.

EFFECT: providing an input and output circuit with full output voltage fluctuation for exciting the output signal.
