FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: orthogonal saw-tooth wavelet voltages are used, which are shaped by integration of Walsh voltages; unipolar pulses are shaped out of Walsh voltages; saw-tooth voltages with numbers of sequences of 4, 8 and 16 are multiplied by unipolar voltage pulses; as a result, saw-tooth wavelet voltages are shaped, which are multiplied by signal voltages; these products are integrated at intervals with length 2l, and by using the obtained values of integrals, values of conversion coefficients bn are calculated in the form of voltages; at reverse conversion of a signal as to saw-tooth voltages: orthogonal saw-tooth voltages are multiplied in parallel by voltages corresponding to values of decomposition coefficients; the obtained voltages are added in parallel; a signal is restored, or by putting separate coefficients bn = 0, a signal is filtered.
EFFECT: reduction of a root-mean-square error, maximum deviation and gradation of the restored signal.
