SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and computer technology. Disclosed is a spectrum analyzer having an AND element, a clock pulse generator, N down counters, a Walsh function generator, N registers. The clock pulse generator output is connected to the synchronization input of the Walsh function generator and the first input of the AND element the second input of which is the information input of the spectrum analyzer. The output of the end of the Walsh function generator is connected to the clock input of the i-th register (where N = 2n is the conversion size) the output of which is the output of the i-th discrete conversion coefficient. The output of the AND element is connected to the inverting input of the i-th reversible counter the information output of which is connected to the information input of the i-th register. The zeroing input of the i-th reversing counter is connected to the output of the end of the Walsh function generator, it also has a one-way conduction element, a two-bit shift register, a two-input switch, a group of 2n two-input multipliers and an additional two-input multiplier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the range of tools for the same purpose.
