SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Cardiac monitor comprises an electrocardiosignal (ECS) formation unit (1), a QRS complex extraction unit (2), a ST segment isolation unit (3), sampling unit (4), a Walsh function generating unit (5), a spectral coefficient generation unit (6), unit for detecting information parameters of ST segment (7), display unit (8), first group (9) of 2n commutators (where 2n is the number of spectral coefficients of the basic system of functions, the set of which can be represented by the ST-segment signal), second group (10) of 2n switches and 2n multipliers (18) of the group. Cardiac monitor also contains 2n-1 – discharge cyclic shift register (16), zero-element (11), trigger (12), first (13) switch and second (14) switch, two-input adder (15) and controlled inverter (17).

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, which involve analyzing diversity of forms of the ST-segment ECS using spectral coefficients of the basic system of Reed-Muller functions, which increases accuracy and reliability of evaluating information parameters of the ST-segment ECS.
