FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pelletising of materials and can be used for control over pelletiser. The latter comprises the set of rollers, cylindrical die, mechanism for adjustment of spacing between rollers and die and drive for die and rollers revolution. Position of said rollers is control by said mechanism for adjustment of spacing between rollers. Force for said mechanism is limited whereat said rollers displace from aforesaid die from its preset position. Note here that said limited force is set to the sum of force required to preserve the position of rollers relative to said die and preset force making about 10% of aforesaid force. Then, possible increase is spacing between rollers and die is determined. This increase indicates the pelletiser overload. Countermeasures are taken to decrease the load.
