FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: explosion proof panel for on-board safe LNG fuelling system is installed in ceiling of the engine room. The panel comprises metal armour-plated frame with metal armour plating and lead as filler. At butt ends there are four fixed supporting tubes. In coating of an explosive object there are four rigidly fixed supporting rods inserted telescopically into the fixed supporting tubes. To butt ends of the supporting rods additional elements damping blast effect are fixed.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of explosion proof devices at accidental detonation at the object and ensured return of these structures into initial position upon detonation.
