FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of explosion protection of industrial buildings, consisting in that in the protecting structures of the building where the explosion-hazardous and fire-hazardous equipment functions, the explosion-proof elements are installed, the explosion-hazardous and fire-hazardous equipment is installed on the building base, and in lateral and top guards of the industrial building the explosion-proof elements are made, and for lateral guards the explosion-proof elements are arranged which are designed as safety collapsing structures of building guard, and for the top guards - designed as explosion-proof plates on a roof or garret partition of the building with the explosion-hazardous objects inside it, and explosion-proof elements are designed as the explosion-proof plate containing the metal armor framework with a metal armor coating and a lead filler which has four fixed supporting branch pipes in end faces, and in the building coating four bearing rods are fixed rigidly, which are inserted telescopically into fixed supporting branch pipes of the panel, and the filler is designed as the disperse system air-lead. Lead is designed as crumb, and bearing rods are made elastic, and to end faces of the bearing rods, from the side facing towards the metal framework, the additional elements are attached which dampen the shock wave, or additional elements are made from elastomer, for example polyurethane, or additional elements are made combined, for example elastic dampening, designed as an elastic element, for example the spring filled with polyurethane, and explosion-proof elements designed as the safety collapsing structure of a protection containing ferroconcrete panels, each of which consists of collapsing and non-collapsing parts, and non-collapsing part is designed as bearing edges, located along the collapsing part contour, and the collapsing part is designed as, at least, two coaxially located depressions in the building wall, one of which, external one, is formed by planes of regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with the rectangular base, and another one - internal, comprising two inclined surfaces connected by an edge with groove formation. The wall thickness from an edge to an external surface of the building guard shall be no less than δ =20 mm. At impact of shock, explosion-hazardous load this wall section can be divided into separate parts, and the explosion-proof panel is fitted with fast-collapsing material bushings on bearing rods, for example, from glasses of "triplex" type which is placed between additional elements and the metal framework with the armor metal coating, and to the bearing edges located along the contour of orderly collapsing structure, at least three horizontal rods are fixed on which the armor screen is fixed using lock elements.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of work of the personnel in explosion-hazardous rooms.
