FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to field of medicine and can be used for obtaining antibacterial coating on medical products. Method of processing surface of medical product includes stages at which: colloidal-dispersed system is obtained, medical product is subjected to processing with colloidal-dispersed system by submerging, difference of potentials in alternating current circuit is created between medical product as first electrode and/or second electrode, placed into colloidal-dispersed system, in order to convert submerged surface into oxide film by means of plasma electrolytic oxidation, with converted surface being partially covered with islets, formed by colloidal-dispersed particles of colloidal-dispersed system. Voltage of alternating current is supplied as asymmetric and/or sinusoidal voltage of alternating current, with ratio, obtained by division of positive amplitude by negative amplitude, being set for absolute value in range of value >1 to 4. Group of inventions also relates to medical products, obtained by claimed method, and to device for claimed method realisation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides possibility of regulating degree of coating homogeneity on any type of medical product shape.
