FIELD: medical coatings.
SUBSTANCE: antimicrobial and biocompatible coatings, and specifically a novel application of a surface coating to prevent allergies caused by leakage from an object. Wherein this coating is at least partially applied to this object and contains a partially covering layer containing silver, and this object contains area(s) without this layer, moreover this coating contains metal particles deposited on the layer, and the metal particles contain palladium and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of gold, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium, iridium, niobium, neodymium and platinum, and the amount of metal particles is from 0.01 to 8 μg/cm2.
EFFECT: reducing the leakage of a substance from an object into the environment.
