FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture contains the following, wt %: plastic clay 66.0-66.5; kaolin 6.0-8.0; expanded crushed perlite 24.0-26.0; halite 0.3-0.5; liquid potassium glass with density of 1300-1500 kg/m³ 1.0-1.7. Products cast in gypsum moulds are dried till humidity is 1-7% and roasting is performed at the temperature of 1130-1150°C. Then, a glaze layer is applied onto the surface of the products, and the second roasting is performed at the temperature of 850-900°C.

EFFECT: reduction of roasting temperature of products from ceramic mixture.
