SUBSTANCE: combined superconductor comprises wires 1 made of fibres of superconductive material in matrix 2 of metal with high conductive properties, and layer 5 of metal-ceramic powder compound including rear-earth earth compound with extremely high heat capacity at low temperatures, which is applied by cold supersonic gas-dynamic spatter-deposition.

EFFECT: improved efficiency in use of added heat capacity of the rear-earth metal compound due to heating of the additive with high heating capacity, which allows complete heat absorption from power losses in transient modes and from pulse local heat emissions of local origin in conditions of high mechanical stress of the conductor without its overheating above critical temperature of superconductivity loss.
