FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for control of a dosing pump and/or regulation of a dosing pump, which includes a drive motor having a shaft brought into action with the motor and a displacement element located in a dosing head, in which rotating movement of the shaft is converted to an oscillating movement of the displacement element. In order to create a method for control and/or regulation of the dosing pump, at least one operating parameter of the motor, preferably voltage U or current I in the motor is measured. A calculation of at least one controlled parameter is made based on the measured operating parameters. The controlled parameter representing actual torque moment MACTUAL of the motor and actual magnetic flux ΦACTUAL in the motor is compared to the specified orienting parameter representing at least one specified standard function, a comparison signal is output, which characterises a degree of similarity between the controlled parameter and the orienting parameter. If the degree of similarity takes a value in the specified range of values, the comparison signal is used as a state indication signal.
EFFECT: method can be implemented without any position sensor on a stock and can set a pump operating mode at dosing with a high level of accuracy.
