SUBSTANCE: logs are sawn along the axis to obtain timber. First, the log conversion is performed on the diameter and the chord. Then the rest part of the log is sawn along the chord. At that, obtaining the timber is carried out from the log parts obtained preliminary by serial sawing along the chord.
EFFECT: increased number of radial cut timber.
