FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for production of 3D lattice structures used in construction, particularly, erection of antiseismic structures. This method comprises preassembly of at least one carcass in the zone located upstream of bending assembly for its continuous making. Preassembled carcass is displaced to bending assembly to make the external female carcass. Preassembled carcass is lifted by automatic grippers from sliding plane of electrically welded metal screen. Screen outer female carcass is bent to close it for it to surround at least one preassembled carcass so that the composite 3D lattice structure is formed. Invention covers also the device to implement above described method.
EFFECT: automated production of proposed structure.
