AUTOMATIC DEVICE FOR CLIPPING PACKAGING AND RELATED DEVICES, METHODS, SYSTEMS AND COMPUTER PROGRAMME PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PACKING WHOLE MUSCLE TISSUE Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B65B25/06

Abstract RU 2531003 C2

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: loading chute for the packaging system comprises a ceiling having at least a part made with the ability to be opened and closed, and a floor. In the closed position the ceiling and the floor form the product chamber with an open channel between them. And at least the floor or the ceiling makes reciprocating movement in a vertical direction between the first open loading position and the second - in which the ceiling is closed. The packaging system comprises a frame, a loading chute, the floor of which is made with the ability of vertical reciprocating movement, and an elongated chute for the grid, connected with the loading chute. The system also comprises an elongated product chute attached to the frame. The chute is located at least partially in the inner cavity of the chute for the grid, and in the operating position the product chute is aligned axially with the loading chute and is located downstream of it. Behind the chute for grid the clipping mechanism is located for applying at least one clip onto the grid material with the product. The method of loading the product for packaging comprises the vertical movement of the floor of the loading chute down from the operating position, loading the product into the loading chute with an open ceiling of the product chute, closing the ceiling of the loading chute. Then the programme movement of the floor up for joining with the ceiling and the compression of product is carried out. In another embodiment, the method of loading the desired product comprises vertical extension of upwardly projecting side walls of the loading chute attached to the ceiling from the operating position, loading the product into the loading chute with an open ceiling of the product chute and projected side walls, closing the ceiling, then the automatic vertical movement of the side walls and ceiling down to the floor to form the chamber and the product compression. The computer programme product for controlling operation of the system comprises a computer readable medium having computer readable programme code provided in the carrier. The computer readable code operatively controls at least one signal from the loading chute and automatically instructs the actuator to move at least one of the ceiling or floor vertically in the operating position after confirmation of the signal to close the ceiling.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides quality improvement and increase in productivity.
