FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the parallel kinematic mechanisms intended for operation in industry, and to their cardan type holders. The parallel kinematic mechanisms (20) contains three setting devices (24.1, 24.2, 24.3), each of them is made with possibility of separate elongation and shortening, and is connected respectively with the first, second and third internal frames (23.1, 23.2, 23.3) of the cardan suspension of the universal joints. Each of the internal frames is installed in the bearings (25, 26, 27) with possibility of rotation in the cardan type holders (21, 22), that with possibility of rotation are installed in the external bearings of the cardan suspension in the external frame (290). The first (23.1) and third (23.3) internal frames are installed with possibility of rotation in common external cardan type holder (21), installed with possibility of rotation around the common axis of this frame. And second internal frame (23.2) is installed with possibility of rotation in separate cardan type holder (22), installed in two opposite bearings with possibility of rotation around the second axis of this frame, that does not coincide with the said common axis of the frame.
EFFECT: invention ensures accuracy of the mechanism movement, increased rigidity and simple design.
