FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. The external optical device for support service vehicles has holder, body, holding fixture for vehicle external mirror and installation part of the first part of body. The holder is mounted on vehicle. The body is pivotally fixed on the holder in clamping manner. The holding fixture for vehicle external mirror is located in the body with possibility of displacement. The body has its first part entirely made of plastic and capable to direct by itself the holding fixture. The installation part of the first part contains metal plate to attach the first installation part to holder.
EFFECT: higher rigidity and lower weight of external optical device.
