SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting the net under the ice, which consists of canvas with meshes, weights and floats. A propeller with a steering wheel is mounted on the net. During setting the net using the propeller is transferred between the bottom and the lower surface of the ice. After setting the net is released from the propulsion. The propulsion is actuated by the flow and consists of a flexible cone and a rotary wheel attached by flexible and adjustable connections to the cone.
EFFECT: invention enables to set the net or multiple nets from a single well, being at a safe distance.
